Q. "Where do you get your coffee?"
A. From an amazing micro roaster in Amherst named Raos Coffee. They Rock.

Q. "What Kind of Coffee is it?"
A. Our coffee comes from every major growing region in the world, BUT we serve only single-estate "Relationship" coffees. That's what makes all the difference.

Q. Huh?
A. Our roaster buys directly from the farmers that grow the coffee, not from large co-ops or large commercial growers.

Q. What's the difference?
A. For the farmer, he gets to set his own price, making it fairer than fair trade. For us, we know we are getting coffee from only the best growers in the region, and not a blend of coffee from hundreds of farms.

Q. What is Espresso?
A. Our espresso is actually a blend of seven different coffees. We grind per and manually pull each shot. The taste profile is reminiscent of citrus and chocolate. Yum.
