All our coffee and espresso drinks are made with beans roasted locally by Rao’s Coffee Roasting Company in Amherst, Ma, which specializes in “coffees of origin”, also known as varietals. These coffees come from high altitude, tropical regions of South America, Africa, Arabia, India and Indonesia.
